Is it hard to use?
Using the Thighmaster Gold is easy. While you're in a seated position place the Thighmaster Gold between your legs to workout your inner thighs. Simply squeeze your knees together. To workout your outer thighs and hips, place your knees between the Thighmaster LBX (Buttmaster) and push out. There are a variety of other exercises you can do with Thighmaster Gold, the directions are included.

Do I have to warm up before using the Thighmaster Gold?
Yes. As with any other type of workout, a warm up is required before using Thighmaster Gold as well as a cool down after your workout. Warming up before your workout stretches your muscles for a safer workout. A cool down is required after your workout because it actually lengthens the muscles that have contracted during your exercise and results in a more natural, toned appearance.

Can anyone use the Thighmaster Gold?
